Hummus, Greek Salsa and Tzatziki Wrap
One with Turkey Gyros, one without

Ingredients:

1    Whole Wheat Lavash

3    Tbs.
Red Pepper Hummus

1/2 Cup Greek Salsa

2    Tbs. Tzatzike Sauce

Spread hummus over the lavash.

Sprinkle with salsa and dabs of tzatzike sauce.

Roll up, cut in half and serve.




4    Ounces Turkey Gyros, hot or cold


For another version of the above wrap just slice some turkey gyros thin and place on top of the hummus.

Everything else is the same.
