1 Head Kale 1 Lemon 2 Cups 4 Grain Mix 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 4 Cloves Garlic 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper
Tear kale into medium size pieces and discard the tough stems.
Wash kale a couple of times in cold water.
Let kale drain while gathering other ingredients.
Chop garlic and place in pan with oil, salt and pepper.
Cook garlic over high heat until it begins to sizzle.
Gently shake the pan and let garlic sizzle in the oil for a few seconds only.
Add kale to the pan.
Mix and toss kale as it wilts and cooks for a minute or two.
Kale will shrink down and soften during this process.
Add grains to the pan.
Mix grains and kale together and let cook for another minute or so.
Grains should be heated and kale fully wilted.
Squeeze lemon over kale.
Mix a couple of times and serve.
