3 Cups New Taste Cereal 1/2 Cup Frozen Corn 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas 1 Can Pinto Beans, wash and strain 1 Tbs. Olive Oil 3 Tbs. Lime Juice 1 Tbs. Dark Chili Powder 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper 3 Tbs. Chopped Cilantro
Place all ingredients, minus cilantro, into a dish or bowl.
Mix everything together.
Heat ingredients in microwave for about 3 minutes.
You can also warm in 275° oven, covered, for half an hour.
Place warm grains onto a serving platter and sprinkle with cilantro.
Garnish with extra lime and serve hot sauce or chipotle salsa on the side.
