New Taste Cereal w/ Yogurt


3/4   Cup New Taste Cereal
1/4   Cup Yogurt, plain
1/2   Tbs. Sunflower Seeds
1/2   Tbs. Pumpkin Seeds
1/2   Banana, sliced
1      Tbs. Dried Cranberries

 


New Taste Thinking:

I like to eat fresh grains almost every morning. The easiest way to do this is to make a large batch one day and eat them all week.
The great thing about the grains; Kasha, New Taste Cereal and Bulgur is if you get tired of them or the batch is getting a little old in the fridge you can always add a few ingredients to make a side dish for lunch or dinner.
a great example would be turning the New Taste Cereal into the
Mexicali 4 Grain or the Kasha into the Mediterranean Kasha Salad.
