White Whole Wheat Flour

I started baking with this whole wheat flour when it first came onto the market. I found that most people, especially children, were more comfortable eating a lighter colored whole wheat product.  It is exactly the same as regular whole wheat, except that the wheat itself is an albino color instead of the red wheat that we are accustomed to eating.
  Please feel free to use regular whole wheat in place of the albino wheat in any recipe.
