1/4 Red Onion, chopped 12 Cloves Garlic, smashed 2 Canned Chipotle Peppers, or more 1/4 Cup Cilantro 1 Tbs. Cumin, ground 1.5 Tbs. Dark Chili Powder 1/2 Tbs. Oregano, dry 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 Tbs. Lime Juice 1 Tbs. Cider Vinegar 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
Place all ingredients into blender.
Run blender to turn ingredients into a thick puree.
Pour marinade over chicken and mix well.
Can be used to marinade other proteins such as pork, beef or fish.
