Baked Corn Tortillas
chips & tostadas


Ingredients:

8     Corn Tortillas
4     tsp. Olive Oil




Place a pizza stone, griddle or sheet pan into the oven.

Heat Oven To 375°

Rub a little oil on both sides of the tortillas with your hands.



Lay tortillas on the griddle and close the oven door.

Bake tortillas for 6 minutes.

Flip tortillas over and bake for another 6 minutes.

Remove tortillas and let cool for a minutes or two.

Break tortillas into smaller pieces and use as chips or keep whole and use for tostadas.
