Bean and Rice Wrap
Ingredients:
1 Sheet Whole Wheat Lavash, or Tortilla
1 Cup
Refried Beans
1/4 Cup
Corn-Feta Salad
1/4 Cup
Cilantro Rice
Optional Ingredients:
Avocado
Yogurt
Lettuce
Jalapeno Pepper
Warm beans and rice.
Spread beans over lavash.
Cover beans with rice and corn salad.
Roll up, cut in half and serve.
