Beet Salad
orange-hazelnut vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Per Each Salad

1      Handful Boston Lettuce
1      Small Beet, cooked, sliced
4      Tbs. Orange-Hazelnut Vinaigrette

 


Place lettuce into a bowl.

Place 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette in bowl.

Toss lettuce and dressing together.

Place tossed lettuce onto a plate.

Top salad with a few beet slices.

Add 2 more tablespoons of dressing over the beets and serve.
