Cook and stir ingredients until garlic begins to sizzle.
Let garlic sizzle for a few seconds and then add the 4 grain cereal to the pan.
Mix the 4 grain together with the garlic.
Pan should remain on the heat.
Quickly add the broccoli and cauliflower to the pan.
Pour the vegetable stock into the pan and cover immediately.
Leave pan to steam over the heat for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes remove pan from the stove.
Vegetables should be cooked and all of the liquid will be steamed away and absorbed into the grains.
Check vegetables for doneness, if they are not cooked enough leave the cover on, off the heat, for a minute or two.
Uncover pan and garnish with almonds, lemon juice and salt.

I often cook a big batch of the 4 grain mix on the weekend. It is great to have for breakfast or as a quick snack with peanut butter and applesauce. It is also great to have around for a quick grain dish with dinner. Sometimes I add a can of kidney beans to the recipe and call it lunch.
