My daughter, with a very serious and inquisitive look on her face, asked me the other day "How do you cook scallops"? This question made me stop and realize that lots of people probably don't know how to cook scallops. This is a good, well actually, a great thing. This means that they don't know about how to bread scallops and deep fry them or how to wrap them in any kind for pork fat. They don't know about scallops swimming in garlic butter or leeks and cream. So... as the kids say; Why go there?
