Roasted Sprouts On The Stalk

Ingredients:
1 Stalk Brussels Sprouts 1 Tbs. Olive Oil 1 Lemon 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper 1 Tbs. Crushed Almonds
Heat Oven To 375°

Rinse and dry the sprouts.
Lightly brush or spray oil over the whole stalk.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place stalk onto a sheet pan.
Roast sprouts for 35 minutes.

Remove pan from the oven.
Place stalk onto a serving platter.
Drizzle with oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with almonds.
Sprouts can be carved off of the stalk at the table using a fork to hold the sprout and a small thin knife to remove it from the stalk.

You can also cut the sprouts from their stalk and place them into a serving bowl.
