New Taste Thinking:
Bulgur wheat is not very well known to most people. The funny thing is that we all know about white flour and whole wheat flour. These flours are both make from the wheat grain. Bulgur wheat is that exact same wheat grain. Instead of being ground up to make flour, the grain is boiled, dried and crushed to make bulgur wheat. You will notice that bulgur is similar to rice and can be used as a side dish instead of rice. Bulgur has a wonderful flavor and a nice chewy texture.
