Caesar Salad Wrap


2    Heads Romaine Hearts


Cut lettuce into medium-small pieces.

Wash lettuce and spin dry in a lettuce dryer, if possible.

Place lettuce into a bowl and cover.

Let lettuce crisp up in the fridge for a few hours.

Ingredients:

Per Each Wrap

2       Cups Romaine, cut and crisp
1/4    Cup Diced Tomatoes
1/4    Avocado, diced
1/4    Cup Corn, defrosted
1       Tbs.  Red Onion, sliced thin
1       Tbs. Feta Cheese
1.5    Tbs. 
Caesar Dressing
1         Sheet Whole Wheat Lavash



Place all ingredients, minus lavash, into a bowl.

Toss and mix ingredients together.



Spread ingredients evenly across the lavash.

Roll up the wrap and cut in half.
