Ingredients:

1      Cup
Shredded Carrot Salad
1      Sheet Lavash
1/4   Avocado, sliced thin
3      Slices of Tomato, cut in 1/2
2      Tbs. Garbanzo Beans, canned

Cover lavash with carrot salad.

Add avocado, tomato and garbanzo.

Roll up lavash.

Cut in half and serve.
