2 Cups Quinoa
3 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 tsp. Salt
Place quinoa into a strainer and spray with cold water for about half a minute.
Place pan and water over high heat.
Bring water to a boil.
Add quinoa and stir a couple times.
Turn heat down to a simmer.
Cover quinoa and set a timer for 15 minutes.
Gently cook/simmer quinoa until all of the water is absorbed.
This will take about 15 minutes depending on the cooking temperature.
Remove quinoa from the stove.
Remove lid and stir a couple of times.
Let sit for about 10 minutes and serve.
You can also let quinoa cool down and place into the fridge until needed.
