Chicken Herb Rub
1/2 Cup Basil Leaves
1/4 Cup Italian Parsley
3 Green Onions
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp. Oregano, dry
1 tsp. Rosemary, whole not crushed, dry
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, coarse grind
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Place all fresh ingredients on top of cutting board.
Use a large knife to chop ingredients.
This will take a few minutes.
Make sure that all ingredients are chopped fine.
Add chopped ingredients to a bowl.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Use within one hour.
