New Taste Thinking:
This recipe is a good example of new taste thinking as it helps you to add more vegetables and grains to your daily diet. The recipe demonstrates how just a few ounces of lean protein is all you really need to enjoy a meal. The protein brings flavor and nutrition yet is not really the main focus of the dish, it is simply one component.
