Cilantro Slaw
great for topping tacos, burritos and turkey burgers


Ingredients:

3      Cups Shaved Cabbage
2      Tablespoons Sliced Red Onion, or less or none if you don't like onion
1      teaspoon Minced Serrano Pepper
2      Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
2      Tablespoons Lime Juice
1      Tablespoon Olive Oil
1      Pinch Salt


Cut a head of cabbage in half.


Slice cabbage as thin as you can.

You only need about 3 cups of cabbage.


Cut a red onion in half.

Slice a couple of tablespoons as thin as you can.


Mince the hot pepper.

I leave the seeds in for extra heat.


Wash and dry cilantro.

You can do this in your salad spinner.

Chop leaves and tender stems.


Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss together.
