Works with all citrus fruit.
Cut top and bottom off of fruit.
Remove peel by slicing down in thin strips.
Expose all of the fruit.
Cut in between membranes to release the segments.
Using a clean hand, squeeze any juice from the remaining fruit and use for dressings and drinks.
