1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt, any 1 Tbs. Yellow Curry Powder
Mix yogurt and curry together; Reserve
1 Celery Stalk, small dice 1 Green Onion, sliced thin 1 Apple, small dice 3 Tbs. Currents or Raisins 1/2 Red Pepper, small dice 1/4 Cup Cilantro, rough cut
1 Pound Cold Chicken, medium dice 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
Cut chicken and drizzle with oil.
Place all ingredients: yogurt-curry, diced vegetables/fruit and chicken into a mixing bowl.
