feel free to make half recipe

1     Tbs. Olive Oil
3     Tbs. Lemon Juice
3/4  tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2  tsp. Granulated Garlic, dry
1     tsp. Paprika
1     tsp. Oregano, dry leaf
1/2  tsp. Kosher Salt

*Note: For this recipe you need to find extra large chicken breasts.
Each half breast weighs about 10 ounces.
They are usually sold boneless and skinless as seen in photo.

Heat Oven To 375°

Brush each breast with oil and lemon.

Sprinkle all of the spices evenly over the chicken.

Place into hot oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Chicken needs to reach 160° as shown in top photo.

New Taste Thinking:

This chicken is one of those things that is great to have on hand. You can eat it hot out of the oven with any grain and vegetable dish that you like. You can cool down the left over breasts and enjoy them for the next few days.
I would suggest adding a few slices to the
veggie wrap for a quick and healthy dinner. Another great lunch/dinner would be to toss a few ounces into the Caesar salad. You can also take the raw spiced breasts and cook them on the BBQ and serve them with the Reasonable BBQ Sauce.
