Fajita Vegetable Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

1       Whole Wheat Lavash
1       tsp. Olive Oil
1       Cup Fajita Vegetable Salad
1/4    Avocado
1       Pinch Salt and Pepper
1/2    Cup Baby Spinach



Drizzle and rub the oil evenly over lavash.



Spread the fajita vegetable salad over lavash.

Lay avocado over the salad.

Note:
If you enjoy goat cheese you could substitute a tablespoon of crumbled goat cheese in place of the avocado.



Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Cover with the spinach.

Roll wrap; Cut in half and serve.
