Ingredients:
Garlic-Herb Oil
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped 1 Tbs. Oregano 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients together.

Flatbread Margherita #1
1 Sheet Lavash 1 Tbs. Garlic-Herb Oil 12 Slices Roma Tomatoes 6 Basil Leaves, cut fine 1 Ounce Mozzarella, shredded 1 tsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
Heat Oven to 425°
Place one sheet of lavash onto a sheet pan.

Brush one tablespoon of garlic-herb oil over the lavash.
Cover with tomato slices.
Sprinkle with basil.

Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the lavash.

Place pan into oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven; slice into 8 pieces and serve.

Substitute one ounce of feta cheese for one ounce of mozzarella.

Substitute marinara of any pasta sauce for the sliced tomatoes.
