Guacamole Fried Rice Wrap

Ingredients:

1      Sheet Whole Wheat Lavash or Tortilla
4      Tbs. Guacamole
1      Cup Fried Rice
1/4   Cup Cilantro


Spread guacamole over the lavash.



Add the rice, hot or cold.


Rinse and dry cilantro.

Use the leaves and tender stems.

Cover rice with cilantro.

Roll up the wrap and cut in half.
