Ripe bananas are best for smoothies.They should be just a little over ripe and freckled but not brown and mushy
Peel ripe bananas and slice into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
Place each banana into a sandwich bag.
Push air out of the bag and seal.
Place bananas into the freezer until needed.
Bananas are good for a couple of weeks frozen.
