Oven Roasted Peaches and Pears Cooling Off
2 Pears, almost ripe
2 Peachs, almost ripe
1 Cup Green Grapes
Note: recipe works with more or less fruit.
Heat Oven To 375°.
Cut pears in half.
Use a small scoop to remove the core.
Cut peach in half, remove pit.
Place fruit cut side down onto a sheet pan.
Do not use any oil.
Bake fruit in the oven for 17 minutes.
Remove cooked fruit from the oven.
Let fruit cool for about half an hour.
Cut grapes in half.
Cut peach and pears into a medium size dice.
Mix cut fruit together and place into a container.
Cover container and place fruit into the fridge for a few hours.
Serve well chilled.
