1 Giant Mexican Zucchini, about 2 lbs. 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
Wash and dry zucchini.
Cut zucchini into 1/2 inch slices.
Brush a touch of olive oil onto both sides of each zucchini slice.
Place slices onto a sheet pan.
Sprinkle a touch of seasoning over each slice.
Heat broiler to high.
Place sheet pan onto a rack in the oven about 6 to 8 inches away from the heat.
Broil zucchini for 10 minutes and serve.

Simple, easy, inexpensive and delicious! I picked up this monster zucchini at the farmers market today because I can't resist things like this. The flavor and texture of this cooked zucchini is really unique and quite different than the regular size. No need to add anything else like butter or cheese as they will take away from the simple natural flavor. The steak seasoning works quite well with the dish.
