New Taste Thinking:
I Love cooking on the griddle.I see it as pan frying without the oil.
You can find an 18 inch griddle at any hardware store for around thirty dollars.
This ginger crust works great on other fish such as tuna, swordfish, sea bass and also shrimp.
You can also follow the same recipe and substitute thinly pounded scallopini of chicken or pork.
No need to add any sort of sauce or salsa to this recipe as the ginger crust is full of great flavor.
