Granola Snack

Dry Ingredients:

2       Cups Oats
1 1/2 Cups Walnuts, chopped
1/2    Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4     tsp. Cinnamon, ground
pinch of Salt

Wet Ingredients:

2        Tbs. Agave Nectar
2        Tbs. Maple Syrup
2        Tbs. Oil, olive or canola
1        Tbs. Water

Heat Oven To 300°

Place all dry ingredients into a bowl.

Mix dry ingredients together.

Pour wet ingredients over dry.

Mix well by hand; pour onto a sheet pan.

Bake pan on middle rack for 20 minutes.

Remove and mix well with a spatula.

Place back into oven for 10 more minutes.

Remove and let cool on tray.
