You can grate chocolate by hand or in a food processor.
Choose an unsweetened chocolate that is not a milk chocolate.
Grated chocolate will keep for months if covered, in a dry, cool cabinate.

Using the grating attachment, fill the feed tube with unsweetened chocolate.
Run machine until all of the chocolate is grated.
Grate as much or little as you like.
Note: This process will make a lot of noise.
