Ingredients:
1 Cucumber, peel and dice 1 Cup Tear Drop Tomatoes, halved 1 Green Pepper, dice 1/2 Red Onion, dice 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice 2 Tbs. Red Vinegar 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 1/2 tsp. Oregano, dry 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Ground Pepper

Directions:
Toss all ingredients together.
Let marinade for about an hour.
Use as a garnish for meat and grain dishes.
Chop a bit of romaine lettuce and serve as a salad with optional ingredients such as olives, feta, and avocado.
