Ingredients:
3 Cups Low Fat Yogurt, plain

Find a medium size-fine mesh strainer and a bowl.

Place strainer into the bowl.
Add yogurt to the strainer.
Cover bowl and strainer with plastic wrap.
Place yogurt into the fridge for 16-24 hours.

Remove yogurt from the fridge.
Scrape thickened yogurt out of the strainer and place into a small bowl.
Yogurt is ready to use.
The liquid that drained out of the yogurt is in the smaller bowl in this photo.
You can discard the liquid.
