Char-Grilled Rosemary Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary 7 Basil Leaves 4 Cloves Garlic 1 Green Onion 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbs. Orange Juice 1/2 tsp. Oregano, dry or fresh 1/2 tsp. Coarse Ground Black Pepper 1/2 tsp. Salt
5 Half Chicken Breasts, 8 oz. ea.

Remove all fat, skin & bones from the chicken.
Rinse & dry the chicken; Place into a baking dish.

Gather and measure all marinade ingredients.
Pull the leaves off of the rosemary.
Peel garlic and trim green onion.
Place ingredients into a blender and puree.

Pour marinade over the chicken.
Rub the marinade all over the chicken.
Cover dish & place into the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.

Heat BBQ grill to medium-high.
Lightly oil the grates.
Grill chicken for about 10 minutes, turning every few minutes.
Cook chicken to 160° in the center.
Remove from grill; slice and serve.
