Grilled Swordfish
Also works with Tuna, Mahi-mahi, and Grouper

Ingredients

2    Swordfish Steaks, 6 oz. each

1     tsp. Garlic, minced
1    Tbs. Shallots, minced
1    Tbs. Parsley, chopped
1/4  tsp. Oregano, dry leaf
1/4  tsp. Black Pepper, coarse grind
1    Tbs. Olive Oil
1    Tbs. Lemon Juice
1    Tbs. White Wine

Place all ingredients, minus fish, on a plate.

Mix all ingredients together.

Rub ingredients on both sides of fish.

Let fish marinade for half hour.

Grill fish, about 4 minutes each side.

Note: Can also be cooked in oven broiler or on char-grill
