Guacamole
w/ Lavash Chips

Ingredients:

6     Avocado, ripe
3     Tbs. Lime Juice
1/4   tsp. Salt

3/4   Cup Tomato, small dice
1/2   Cup Red Onion, small dice
1      Small Clove Garlic, minced
1      tsp. (or more) Serrano Pepper, minced
2      Tbs. Cilantro, chopped





Directions:

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit.

Use a spoon to remove the avocado pulp from the skin.

Place pulp in a bowl with lime and salt.

Use a whisk to mash and blend the ingredients together.

Gather and cut all other ingredients.

Add ingredients to avocado puree and mix well.
