New Taste Thinking: When you look at these ingredients you may think, out of habit, that it would be a good idea to add some feta cheese to this salad. Having tried this salad with and without feta cheese, I can tell you that the cheese is not needed. This recipe makes a lot of kasha salad. Bring half of this wonderful, healthy dish over to a friend or someone who may need it. The cost of the ingredients is reasonable and the appreciation will be worth it.
