Lavash Chips

Heat Oven To 350°

Ingredients:

1    Sheet Whole Wheat Lavash
1    tsp. Olive Oil
1    Tbs. Sesame Seeds (optional)

Note:
I like this lavash that I found over at Trader Joe's.
Unlike flour tortillas, it has no fat in the ingredients.
I add a touch of olive oil and the chips are excellent.




Directions:

Drizzle oil over the lavash.

Use your hand to rub the oil evenly across the lavash.

Sprinkle seeds over the oil.

Cut the lavash into eight slices.

Place slices on a sheet pan.

Place sheet pan in the middle of the oven.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.

Remove and let cool.
