Remove corn pudding from the refrigerator.

Remove corn pudding from dish.

Cut into 1/2 inch slices.

Place slices onto a foil covered pan.
Cook under the broiler on one side for 5-8 minutes.
No need to flip over as the pudding will heat through.

Serve crispy pieces as a side dish or place over salad as seen below.
