Ingredients:
2 Tbs. Maple Syrup, or Honey or Agave 3 Tbs. Lime Juice 1 tsp. Grated Ginger

Place ingredients into pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the liquid by about half.
The glaze will thicken a little.
Remove from heat and spoon over fish, vegetables or chicken.
