I found these great tortillas at Trader Joe's.

Heat a pan on the stove.
Toast the tortilla on both sides.
A warm tortilla will roll better than a cold one.

Place warm tortilla onto a cutting board.
Add warm-hot chili to the tortilla.
Keep all ingredients on the bottom half of the tortilla.

Add cilantro slaw over the chili.
Fold both sides of the tortilla over the ingredients.
Roll the tortilla up to make the standard burrito.
Cut burrito in half and serve.
