Ingredients:
2 Sweet Onions, like Walla-Walla Onions 1.5 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Tbs. Raisins 1/2 tsp. Thyme, dry leaf 1/8 tsp. Ground Pepper 1/8 tsp. Salt 1/2 Cup Apple Juice

Clean and slice onions thin.
Place into pan with oil.
Gently cook over low heat for about 40 minutes.
Try not to let onions brown.
Stir every couple of minutes.
Add all other ingredients to the onions.
Keep cooking over low heat for another 20 minutes.
Stir often to avoid browning.
Onions will be ready when all of the liquid has been absorbed.
