1 Cup Multi-Grain Flour 1 Egg 1 Cup Buttermilk or Soy Milk 1 Tbs. Maple Syrup

Heat griddle to 350°
Ingredients:
1 Cup Multi-Grain Flour 2 Tbs. Water 1 Cup Soy Milk 1 Tbs. Maple Syrup
Place multi-grain flour into a bowl.
Add remaining liquid ingredients to another bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients and pour over the flour.
Mix batter togerher using a regular kitchen fork.
Do not over mix
Let batter rest for a couple of minutes.
Check to see if griddle is ready:
Place a small drop of water on the griddle.
If water sizzles that means the griddle is ready.
Wipe a touch of oil on the griddle if needed.
Place 1/4 cup of batter on griddle for each pancake.
Let pancake cook for about two minutes on each side.
Break open first pancake to make sure that it is cooked through.
Place pancakes on plate and serve with some fresh berries and a bit of maple syrup.
If you like blueberry pancakes all you need to do is stick blueberries into the batter as soon as you put it down on the grill.
Cook pancakes as normal, allowing an extra minute for the blueberries.
