 Citrus Papaya Salad

Lay papaya onto a serving platter and squeeze lime all over.

Add banana slices over the papaya.

Slice grapes into three pieces.

Sprinkle grapes and coconut over papaya.

Next add the pomegranate seeds, or raspberries if you like.

Dust the salad with the grated chocolate and serve.

Eat with knife and fork.

New Taste Thinking:

This is a fun brunch item for two people to share. It seems very simple but the flavor combinations will surprise you. The chocolate starts out tasting bitter but turns sweet as you chew. The pomegranate seeds add a slight crunch.
