Serves 2 small or 1 large portion

Heat Oven To 350°

Ingredients:

1     Sheet of Whole Wheat Lavash

2     Tbs. Peanut butter, all natural
       peanut is the only ingredient

1    Tbs Berry Marmalade

Warm lavash in oven for a minute.

Remove from oven and cover w/ peanut butter.

Cover peanut butter w/ fruit puree.

Roll and fold lavash as seen in photo.

Place on a plate and microwave for 20 seconds.

Cut and serve.
New Taste Thinking:

This may be the least elaborate recipe that you will see around here, but it is fantastic.
I use an all natural peanut butter that has only one ingredient, peanuts.
I also like the berry marmalade because it has no white sugar, just fruit.
The whole wheat lavash is from Trader Joe's
