New Taste Thinking:
Half the fat and more flavor??? This is a great one for kids and adults. When I was a kid I loved to spread peanut butter on an apple. Today I have figured out that I can cut the peanut butter in half with the addition of applesauce. I toss in a few peanuts and raisins for texture and dip my apple slices! The mixture is only good for a day or two as it starts to separate. This has to do with the emulsion of peanut butter and the liquid in the applesauce, so only make as much as you are going to eat.
