Maple-Ginger Peaches With Yogurt

Ingredients:

6     Peaches
1     Tbs. Ginger, grated
1     Lemon, for zest
2     Tbs. Maple Syrup

1/4  Cup Yogurt, plain, per serving
1     Pinch Sesame Seeds, per serving




Wash and dry peaches.

Cut peaches into thin slices.



Peel ginger.




Use a small hand grater to zest the lemon and grate the ginger.



Mix lemon zest, ginger and maple syrup.

Pour over the peaches.

Mix peaches with ginger-maple and toss well.


To serve:

Place a scoop of peaches into a serving bowl.

Top with yogurt and sesame seeds.
