New Taste Thinking:

Another way to serve this dish, especially for a larger group, is to bake the whole polenta recipe in the baking dish that it is already in. After that you can put it on a large platter and smother the polenta with the sauce. Not a good idea for two people as you will be tempted to finish the whole thing.

Also, this is another example where just a whisper of cheese can complete the dish. Well worth the calories.

To bake the whole polenta recipe as seen in the photo; place the polenta, in the glass baking dish, into a 325° for 45 minutes.

Remove the polenta from the dish and place on a platter.

Cover with 3 Cups of Mushroom Marinara Sauce.

This recipe should serve about 8 people.
