Directions: Cut all visible fat from pork chop. Cut pork chop in half lengthwise. Flatten pork chop a bit with a mallet. You don't need to pound it thin.
Almost all of my lean protein dishes are simple and easy to prepare. My thinking is that the vegetable and grain dishes are more complicated and elaborate. They take up more time and benefit from a longer list of ingredients. A good piece of meat, poultry or fish does not need much help to taste great. It just needs to be cooked correctly and seasoned lightly. IMHO
