Quinoa-Trail Mix Breakfast

Ingredients:
2 Oranges Peeled and Sliced (see below) 3 Kiwis Peeled and Sliced 1/4 Cup Your Favorite Fruit and Nut Trail Mix 4 Cups Cooked and Chilled Quinoa

Place quinoa into a mixing bowl.
Add fruit and nuts to the bowl.

Mix ingredients together and serve.
This recipe makes about 8 portions.
It will last a couple of days in the fridge.
Also makes a great snack!

You can peel the orange by hand or with a knife.
Cut top and bottom off of the orange.
Slice away the skin.

Cut the orange in half.
Cut each half in half again.

Cut orange into thin slices.
| |
Peel and cut the kiwi in the same way as you did the orange.
Note: This happens to be a golden kiwi. It has a somewhat tropical flavor and lighter color.

Also Note: Some people like to eat the fuzzy skin of the kiwi and would not want to peel it.
